摘要: 土壤侵蚀是环境的产物，但又深刻地反作用于环境。本文从土壤侵蚀的过程和规模出发，结合其对环境影响的规模和程度，探讨了侵蚀所产生的局部环境效应和全局环境效应，并阐述了这些环境效应作用于人类社会经济系统时所产生的利与弊。

Abstract: Soil erosion is a result of environmental change that in turn has adverse effects on environment.From the mechanisms and scales the local or overall effects of soil erosion on environment were discussed.Then the negative and positive sides of this environmental impacts of soil erosion on socio-economic system were put forward.
