Abstract: In this paper，the research progress in the probiotics of compound microorganisms is briefly overviewed and the bacterial strains of probiotics，representative products，its mechanism ，agricultural applications and the latest technology of production are discused also．Additionally，some ideas for further studies on probiotics are proposed.
