摘要: 从5个方面归纳了转基因植物中的选择标记可能产生的不利影响，总结分析了近年来有关去除转基因植物中选择标记的方法与原理、研究进展及存在的问题，指出建立不依赖选择标记的转基因技术更为重要，并提出具体策略。

Abstract: The selection marker in transgenic plant may influence gene expression，further transformation，plant characteristics ，environment and public health．The ways and the principles，the research achievements and the problems on eliminating the selection marker were systematically reviewed．To establish the transformation methods without selection marker is more important than all the above．
