黑曲霉固体发酵生产纤维素酶培养基构成优化研究

Study on the optimization of solid fermentation for the production of cellulase from Aspergillus niger

  • 摘要: 研究结果表明应用双温度培养法进行黑曲霉固体发酵生产纤维素酶时,在自然补给氧气、培养基pH值约6.5并保持环境湿度约60%条件下,葡萄糖对滤纸酶活力有促进作用;葡萄糖、麸皮、(NH4)2 SO4、水分适宜作为固体培养基基本成分;表面活性剂吐温80对纤维素酶活力促进效果并不明显。

     

    Abstract: The experiment shows that in cellulase production from Aslergillus niger by solid fermentation with two-tern-peratures culturing method,the dextrose can improve the activity of the filter paper lyase with natural aeration,natural substrate pH(about 6.5)and an environmental humidity of 60%.Furthermore,the dextrose,wheat bran,(NH4)2SO4 and water are proper ingredients of solid substrate while the performance of Tween80 is poor at improving the enzyme activity in solid substrate.
