重金属与土壤环境质量及食物安全问题研究

Review on heavy metals,soil environment quality and food safety

  • 摘要: As、Cd、Hg、Pb和Se是对食物链造成污染的最重要元素。简述了土壤环境质量的内涵,讨论了重金属污染的现状、特性、来源以及重金属与食物安全的关系,并提出治理重金属污染的途径与方法。

     

    Abstract: Of all the elements,the most important ones related to food-chain contamination are arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg),lead(Pb),and selenium(Se).This paper reviews the connotation of soil environmental quality,discusses the present status, characteristics,sources of heavy metal pollution as well as the relationship between heavy metal and food safety,and presents the methods of heavy metal pollution control.
