Research progression on water use efficiency and its physio-ecological mechanism

The theory of water use efficiency(WUE)and the correlations between WUE and crop yield are analyzed．The researches of WUE physio-ecologieal mechanism in recent years on plant growth and development，photosynthesis and transpiration，water condition，other environmental factors such as air relative humidity,and so on are introduced．
